Food truck Baby is a cute short story. Tai has a food truck and meets Nancy at a local store. She can tell Nancy is unhappy and offers Nancy a job on her food truck. Nancy and her best friend Dan go on the Journey with Tai and her partners to try to win a Food Truck Challenge to save her food truck.

I forgot to mention Nancy is very pregnant and her BF Marcus dumped her when he found out, but Tai is more than willing to step in and help Nancy.

The story is fun, sexy and short. I did have some issues with all the multiple views and keeping up with who was who and who was talking. I listened to the audio and where I usually prefer the audio in this case, I think I would have enjoyed the story more if I read it myself.  The voices the narrator gave (I dislike a soft-spoken woman trying to give gruff voices to men) I think if the narrator had skipped doing all the different voices and just read the book it would have been better.

I began writing, because I liked the idea of using the imagination to tell stories. At an early age, I published poetry, news articles, and jokes for magazines, but I always was partial to writing books. When I finally had the chance to do this, I wanted to write lesbian romance books that incorporated other parts of a woman’s life. Many of us have families, jobs, and non-romantic relationships that are a big part of our lives, and I thought that it would be more realistic to incorporate these features into the books that I wrote. Later, I noticed that the availability of LGBT books in bookstores and libraries was sparse. I wanted to write more than one genre of lesbian fiction, so that those that were into other types of books like action, adventure, crime, and mystery were able to find a book that suited their personality with characters that were like them. I am currently working on my newest project, "Heart's Content".
