  Excerpt

“He didn’t let me say more. Instead, he picked me up, carried me to my bedroom, and put me down on my bed. He climbed on top of me, kicking off his shoes in the process. He kissed me gently again then spoke the first words.

“I have been waiting for this moment since the first time I laid eyes on you…” He kissed my eyebrows, the left one first then the right, my forehead, and the ridge between my eyebrows before kissing his way down to the tip of my nose. From there, he proceeded to kiss every part of my face, my cheeks, my chin, my eyes, my mouth…my ears.

I was lying perfectly still, immobile with eyes closed, only peeking a bit from time to time, completely in shock at this unexpected turn of events. I was afraid what this might mean—whether he was only here for sex, or whether he truly was falling in love with me as well.

After he was satisfied with kissing my head and face, he sat up and took off his shirt, revealing a hairy chest. He tossed the shirt on the floor and began to slowly kiss my neck, both sides, moving south to my shoulders and my chest, stopping every now and then to look at me.

I was still afraid. I couldn’t move, and images of Ethan crept into my mind. Had I blown it again? I watched his face as he moved in for another kiss and noticed a tear forming in his right eye.”

AuthorBio

AuthorPic

I’m an author. I write books. I write about things that are important to me: family, parenting, children, our environment, our world. Contemporary, fresh fiction with happy endings. It’s what I like to read myself. I write because I don’t have a choice. There are so many stories in my head, constantly forming, constantly trying to get out. Feel free to have a look on the other pages to learn more, listen to me narrate from those stories, and – if you like what you see or hear – follow the links to buy the books. I’d greatly appreciate that, as this is how I try to make my living.

I’m an author. But I’m also a forty something male who clings to the illusion of still being twenty-seven, despite my body’s daily reminders to the contrary. I’m married to the most amazing man, and together we have a beautiful son, Sascha. I consider myself a citizen of the world, having lived on two continents and traveled extensively through another three. I have friends all over the world. When I’m not writing, I like to do public speaking or training (where I have my professional background) to actually earn some real bill-paying money. Not sure this author thing is ever going to get me there…
