Trust and Control by Remmy Duchane Blog tour Spotlight, Excerpt & #giveaway #mmromance @Dreamspinners @remmduchene

Hi everyone! Thank you so much for stopping by. My name is Remmy Duchene and I am here to give you an exclusive sneak into my newest story Trust and Control. It has been extensively rewritten and edited so there are tons of hot new tidbits for you to enjoy!

Wealthy real estate mogul Christophe Lafavre has everything—except any love life to speak of. Though he has a brilliant head for business, when it comes to relationships, he’s often left fumbling in the dark.

To put a stop to the whispers about his pitiful social life, Christophe takes a suggestion from a friend and goes to a club on masquerade night. There, he meets an elusive hottie who calls himself Raj, and though Christophe cannot see Raj’s face, there’s definitely a connection. Over the phone and online, Christophe and Raj get to know each other. Their conversation is easy and arousing. It’s hard for Christophe to believe the strength of the feelings he’s developing toward a man who is still essentially a stranger, but he can’t get Raj out of his head. They eventually give in to their physical longing—but still Raj refuses to show his face or divulge his identity.

When it comes, the revelation will rock Christophe’s world and redefine more than one relationship in his life.

EXCERPT
“Welcome to L’Arissa,” the man said, his accent slightly thick. “You’re here to see Mr. Raj?”
Christophe nodded. He glanced over his shoulder, then back at the man before him. “What’s going on? Why is it so empty here?”
“Mr. Raj has booked the entire ristorante for the night. He’s also given me this.” The host held up a black blindfold. “His instructions are that you have to put it on.”
“I’m not putting that on.”
“He said you were going to say that. He said I’m supposed to remind you about trust.”
“Mother fucker!”
The host cleared his throat as though to remind Christophe of his manners.
Frowning, Christophe grabbed the blindfold and took a breath. “Can you at least tell me what Raj looks like?”
The man stared at him blankly with his lips pressed in a thin line. When he opened his mouth, Christophe beat him to it.
“Let me guess. Mr. Raj said I was going to ask that too?”
The host nodded.
“Smartass,” Christophe muttered under his breath.
“He said you would say that too.”
Christophe’s frown deepened, but the host simply walked away. Shaking his head, he walked farther into the restaurant and sat at the only table in the dimly lit dining room. “I trust plenty,” Christophe grumbled. “I trust Jaswant. I trust Rex. I trust Anju and most of the people I work with. I trust way more than plenty. Jerk.”
Flopping in the seat, he fingered the softness of the cloth. This could be some elaborate hoax to rob him or something. Rolling his eyes, he shrugged. He hadn’t brought much of anything but his license and his credit card.
All his life he’d been safe, and now he had a chance to blow that out of the water. With a quick shrugged, he lifted the blindfold up over his eyes, hooked the strap behind his head, and pulled it in place.
When he heard footsteps behind him, Christophe’s first instinct was to remove the blindfold.
“No. Don’t.”
“Raj, what’s with the secret?”
“Remember what I said to you last night?”
“Yeah, yeah. Trust.”
Raj touched his head, dragging his fingers over Christophe’s flesh to his neck, then caressed him in the same way he’d told Christophe to touch himself during their phone session.
