Cruising by Cate Ashwood | Cat's Review & #giveaway @cateashwood

Best friends Dylan and Jake have been inseparable since college, but Dylan has one secret he can’t bring himself to share with Jake—he’s completely, utterly in love with him.

Jake’s friendship is the most important thing in the world to Dylan, so as much as it hurts to see him with other people, Dylan keeps his mouth shut about his true feelings. When Jake wins a cruise to Alaska, he asks Dylan to go along, but what Dylan doesn’t know, is that there’s more on offer than a dream vacation.

Can Dylan and Jake sail off to their happily ever after, or are they cruising toward disaster?

Cat gives this one 4 Meows...

Dylan and Jake have been friends since college. They both harbor a secret that could change not only tier lives but their friendship.

This is a cute, very short friends to lovers story. I am a big fan of Cate Ashwood and haven't read one of her books that wasn't fun and enjoyable. This one didn't disappoint.

If you like friends to lovers, cruises, a sweet romance and some hot man-sex this is for you. If you are looking for a book to begin your journey into MM love this is a good one to start with.

Cate discovered her love for books of all kinds early on, but romance is where her heart truly lies. She is addicted to the happily ever afters and the journey the characters take to get there. Currently residing in White Rock, B.C, Cate loves living just a stone's throw from the ocean. When she's not writing, she can be found consuming coffee at an alarming rate while wrangling her children, her husband, and their two cats.

  1. Thanks for the good review, Cat. Sounds like a nice story, and I like how your framed it as good as a "starter". - Purple Reader,

    1. Thank you! I know lots of people think about reading gay romance but worry it’s too erotic or something I remember when I first jumped on the bandwagon with the sweeter stuff now mm romance is my favorite
