Former
Special Forces medical sergeant Russell “Red” McKinley knows a thing or two

This series
is quite addictive, though all Charlie Cochet books are. I loved the
characters and their camaraderie. We do get bits and pieces from each book on
the back story and how they became to be but I sure would like a book of that
time and how they bonded and was brought together to be the four kings... just sayin'.
This is Red
and Laz’s story. Red is one of the Four Kings, a Partner, and co-owner of own of
the biggest most sought after security agencies. We met Laz in Book one. You do
get enough back story here you can follow along just fine, but I think you
would understand the characters better if you read in order. Laz gets shot at
while on a photoshoot and Red is off duty, so he protects him in his spare
time. Their relationship slowly progresses and is fun and hot. There is also
the plot of the attempted murder and mystery of who is after Laz and why. It is
one heck of a twist.
If you like
a suspense, sexy security agents and eggs benedict you will love this story…
(or you will crave eggs benedict and want to try it LOL)
