This is Brennan’s story and looks like possibly the end of the series. I read book 6 Gabe’s story and was hooked. I loved all the characters I met especially Brennan. I kinda have a thing for Chefs.

You get to see Luke and Gabe again. Even a treat from their mom Lucrezia. 

I mentioned this is book 7 in the series but you can read as a stand-alone. The story is written well enough that you get just enough back story without over shadowing the current story. 

So the characters are great and we get not one but two fun dogs. 

The romance is slow burn, friends to lovers, and opposites attract. Though they may have more in common than they realize.

I loved this book ( fell in  love with Brennan myself) and recommend this series.
