 Howdy y'all, guess what, it's October. That means that it's time to introduce you to our new Author of the Month, VL Locey. And just in time for her new paranormal romance release on the 7th of this month, Spiritual Whispers. Locey has an extensive backlist that includes sports romance, family stories and cowboys, just to name a few. There's certain to be something in her library to tempt any reader to one click!

Hi everyone! I’m so thrilled to be the October Author of the Month here at Tammy’s blog! 

It’s always great fun to visit blogs and websites. It feels as if I’m taking a short vacation to spend time with a friend who lives far away. I just love to travel! As a matter of fact, my new release, Spiritual Whispers, sprang to life when my daughter and I spent four days in a charming little Vermont town last fall. 

It was just gorgeous! The leaves were just starting to turn and fall, the air had a nice bite to it, and the days were growing shorter. We did all kinds of shopping in and around that quaint town, stopping into small stores that sold everything from Christmas decorations to eclectic antiquities. It was in one of those antique shops that I got the idea for Spiritual Whispers! 

I set about writing the story as soon as I got home and a month later my newest M/M paranormal romance was done. Sometimes that’s just how inspiration strikes for me. I rarely get blocked or run out of ideas. My problem is that I have too many plot bunnies hopping about and not enough time to pen all the tales! LOL
