Oh wow! I figured this would be good... but it far exceeded my expectations.
With the title I was thinking a boxer or MMA fighter was involved, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a surly farmer and sexy Hotelier.
I love a good unique character and Adrian really nailed that. He's so unlikeable he's loveable lol. I love his gruffness and bluntness as the other characters call him even rude.
And Luca was adorable though he is just there to help Alex his best friend set up his hotel. Or that's until the prickly farmer he can't stand kisses him.. oh my did sparks fly.
There are so many other amazing characters including an old dog and a 3 legged sheep.
The settings are amazing too. I could picture the farm, the hotel, the other places Adrian took Luca.
The romance is good and spicy but so well written. As a matter of fact, the words are the best part of the story. So many beautiful moments. The story is totally swoonworthy.
If you like small town Romance, enemies to lovers, opposites attract and a bit of hurt comfort with some spice your gonna love this.
Now I gotta go get the first two books!

The stories I only ever told myself were set in a world where boy met boy, where best friends became more, where the hero rescued not the damsel but the hot guy he'd been secretly crushing on.
I wanted to read those stories. I craved to read those stories. But those stories weren't out there. Or that's what I thought, until one Christmas, when I unwrapped a shiny new e-reader. All it took was a few clicks, and my world changed forever.
I found my tribe.
But there is life outside of MM & gay romantic fiction in all its configurations. Allegedly.
When I'm forced to switch off the trusty, faithful word machine, there's a husband to feed and talk to, pubs to drink in, and cake to eat. I love to do all those things and more, before I rush back to write all the words.
I'm a Londoner, born and bred, but I now live just outside the big bad city but close enough to hop on a train so I can get my regular metropolitan fix.
