Cat's Review of Hounding Hank (Matchmaking in Granville Book 2) by DJ Jamison @author_dj_jamison @neonrainbowarcreviews @tammystwocents X- @DJ_Jamison_ @TTCBooksandmore

An unexpected love will soon be Hounding Hank...

Matchmaking Mamas helped my best friend, Maverick, and his rival neighbor find love. If they can help those two, it should be a piece of cake to find me a guy, right?

The dating pool of available men is small, but finally after weeks of waiting, the Mamas come through for me. Hank is sweet and charming via text, and we instantly connect over our love of dogs.

And when I lay eyes on him for our first date--holy heck, is he hot!

It seems like a perfect match.

Until Hank gets a look at me and just about swallows his tongue--and not in a good way.

Hank was expecting to meet a woman. Instead, he got me.

The Matchmaking Mamas have epically screwed the pooch, and left Hank and me to clean up the mess. But there's a friendship in the making that might be worth all the trouble--if I can just keep my inconvenient attraction under wraps.

I don't want to hound Hank about my unreciprocated feelings, but the closer we get, the more I start to wonder...

Could Hank still be my Prince Charming, or am I barking up the wrong tree?

This is book 2 in the Matchmaking in Granville series.
It is slow burn and so much fun. Hank has moved to Granville from Riverton to help his brother Corey out. He works at the Bow Wow doggy daycare and groomers.
Jamie works at the caterers his heart isn't in it. He wants to start his own doggy treat business.
Both men sign up for the matchmaking grannie's site, both looking for true love. Are they a perfect match? Could be except for one small detail. Hank is ðŸ’¯  straight.

If you like dogs, bi-awakening (or I'd call it Gay for you) small-town romance, humor, did I mention dogs? This story is for you. You just can't go wrong with DJ for all the feels and a good laugh.

DJ Jamison writes romances about everyday life and extraordinary love featuring a variety of queer characters, from gay to bisexual to asexual. DJ grew up in the Midwest in a working-class family, and those influences can be found in her writing through characters coping with real-life problems: money troubles, workplace drama, family conflicts and, of course, falling in love. DJ spent more than a decade in the newspaper industry before chasing her first dream to write fiction. She spent a lifetime reading before that and continues to avidly devour her fellow authors’ books each night. She lives in Kansas with her husband, two sons, one snake, and a sadistic cat named Birdie.
