This is book one in the series; WARNING:  does end in a cliffhanger and the main couple’s story will span this series so if cliffhangers aren’t your thing, it’s best you not read… though you would be missing a good story.

I loved the unique characters here, Salem is very unusual and definitely not your typical heroine. I’m not sure there is any hero’s in this first book. It’s a good introduction to lots of characters, an intriguing plot and some suspense. The end really shocked me and left me wanting more! I’m glad I bought this series so I can move right into the next.
