"It's Christmas time at the Campbell Hayes home!"
I thoroughly enjoy each and every new story in this series. Scott is able to weave several different characters and storylines without the story itself getting bogged down or feeling strained. The people at the Ranch are a rag tag, motley crew, mixed bag of family. This installment adds Liam along with his dark past and the promise of a future with a man a decade his senior. All while allowing the reader to keep tabs on Riley, Jack and their ever growing family and, or course, Eli and Robbie who have managed to become a permanent fixture at the Ranch.
There is love, mystery and an added dash of suspense to this story but the love is the most important part. You see, it doesn't matter who you are, where you've come from and what darkness you keep hidden... Riley and Jack Campbell Hayes will open their home and hearts to you without question or judgement. Just don't mess with their family.
Sean Crisden continues to tell the story of this family and manages to add a little something different for each character, giving them their own voice in the story. Definitely a must listen, but you must start with the first book so that you can enjoy the ride.

RJ Scott has been writing since age six, when she was made to stay in at lunchtime for an infraction involving cookies. She was told to write a story and two sides of paper about a trapped princess later, a lover of writing was born. She can mostly be found reading — anything from thrillers to sci-fi to horror. However, her first real love will always be the world of romance. When writing her goal is to write stories with a heart of romance, a troubled road to reach happiness, and more than a hint of happily ever after.
