The Ending is a real kicker!

This is a book one in a series but feels like its deeper in. I admit I was a bit at a loss in the beginning but started following better as the story went on and more backstory is dropped. The characters are from the Hell and High water series and another of S E Jakes series. I do suggest you read them first so you know who Prophet and Tom are and the man that both Cillian and Mal are chasing. 

The story is short so I am not going into depth because it would drop spoilers. All I can say is this is a great build up into a new series. I can't wait for the full-length story. There is lots of hot-steamy sex, sex clubs, murder and mayhem, some shocking revelations and twists galore in such a short story. My jaw aches from dropping so much!

Dorian Bane is one of my all-time favorite narrators and he made this book even more exciting with unique voices.
