And the
pre-wedding sex is off the charts....
Lucas
Vallois and Andrei Hadeon are finally ready to walk down the aisle. There’s
just one small problem.
A ghost from
Lucas' past shows up days before the wedding, desperate for help. Against his
better judgement, Lucas and his best friend, Ashton Frost, plan a fast trip
back to the one place they swore they’d never go: their hometown in Oklahoma.
But the danger is worse than they expected.
Now, they’re
in a race to track down a killer, keep a young girl safe, and get Lucas back in
time to say, "I do."

I highly suggest headphones when you listen to
this it is NSFW or small ears. I made the mistake of turning it on without
checking my earphones were connected. My 13-year-old grandson setting in the
same room an…. well let’s say Lucas and Andrei were in the throws of passion. Embarrassment
and explaining to a thirteen-year-old the best I could why and what Mimi was listening
to, this story was awesome. I think it may be my favorite so far if I must
choose a favorite in this series. We get a lot of Lucas and Snow’s past. Ghosts
that come back to haunt them and why they are as tight as they are. We also
meet Lucas’s sister and niece he didn’t know he had. As usual the storyline is
interesting, there are a couple fabulous plots, the romance of the up-coming wedding,
the wonder if it will happen or they wont make it back in time, the family dram
in both snow and Lucas, then the suspenseful plot that drew Lucas and snow back
to their hometown. Of course there is danger, funny codenames, and hot man-sex.
You do need to read this series in order but hey, it’s worth it.
Kenneth Obi
stepped up his performance in this one as well. His already stellar narration
was even better with the action, sighing speaking in breathless tones when it warranted
it was like listening to an action movie. And Lucas sexy voice is to die for.
Well-done to the authors and Kenneth as well!
Jocelynn
Drake... It started
with a battered notebook. Jocelynn Drake wrote her first story when she was 12
years old. It was a retelling of Robin Hood that now included a kickass female
who could keep up with all the boys and be more than just a sad little love
interest. From there, she explored space, talked to dragons, and fell in love
again and again and again.
This former
Kentucky girl has moved up, down, and across the U.S. with her patient husband.
They've settled near the Rockies...for now. She spends the majority of her time
lost in the strong embrace of a good book.
When she's
not hammering away at her keyboard or curled up with a book, she can usually be
found cuddling with her cat Demona, walking her dog Ace, or flinging curses at
the TV while playing a video game. Outside of books, furry babies, and video
games, she is completely enamored of Bruce Wayne, Ezio Auditore, travel,
tattoos, explosions, and fast cars.
She is the
author of the urban fantasy series: The Dark Days series and the Asylum Tales.
She is also working on a gay romantic suspense series called The Exit Strategy.
She has also co-authored with Rinda Elliot the following series: Unbreakable
Bonds, Ward Security, and Pineapple Grove. She can be found at JocelynnDrake.com
Rinda
Elliott... While all of
my books are romantic and sexy, most lean toward erotic. For adult books that
are just sexy, there are my Beri O'Dell books and if you're looking for
sweeter, but still sexy, there's the young adult trilogy I wrote for Harlequin
Teen. All of the others? Expect some heat because I love it. ;) I also love
unusual stories and credit growing up in a family of curious life-lovers who
moved all over the country. Books and movies full of fantasy, science fiction
and romance kept us amused, especially in some of the stranger places. For
years, I tried to separate my darker side with my humorous and romantic one. I
published short fiction, but things really started happening when I gave in and
mixed it up. When not lost in fiction, I love making wine, collecting music,
gaming and spending time with my husband and two children.
