The Way of Us is book four and the last of this series. You do need to read them all in order as
each takes up where the other left off. The stories follow Kane an undercover
ATF agent working in LAPD to help catch the son of his father’s killer and Luca
a young gay guy that manages a high-end jewelry store. Oh, did I mention that
Kane is straight? Or was until he meets Luca in book one. (You will have to go
back and read how they met and what transpires up until now).
In The way of Us Luca has
received a call his mom is sick and has to go to Florida to help with his
sister that has some mental issues.
This book seems to be
going so differently than the last two then boom… twists and turns galore.
I loved how different this
book was but also how it does tie up all the loose ends. I loved watching Luca
and Kane’s relationship unfold and deepen.
If you like FBI Agents,
action, established couples, gay for you and an all-over good suspense this is
for you!
