This is book 3 in the Inferno series and you do have to read in order or your totally lost. Though each book is running at the same time as the others and I find that pretty cool so something may get tied up, something might be left loose to tie up later, and new developments arise in the all over plot.
So as we learn in Treachery book one, the Inferno series, Tanner and the guys are out of law school and I have their own huge firm mostly run by Tanner and Gabriel. Each of the other guys have a place too, Damon and Ezra are the muscle and in this book we learn more about them and Emily’s dalliances.
Each book begins with some chapters in the past so we learn of the characters history and relationship back then if any. Then to the present ten years later and what is happening and the wicked web that is slowly unraveling.
Violence is Ezra and Emily, though since Damon is his twin he is almost as much part of the book as Ezra. But wow. Who wouldn’t want to be between these two? I have to admit for identical twins, Lily White gave these men such unique personalities. Oh. Emily is engaged to Mason another of the Inferno though he is in love with Ava , Emily and Ivy’s other best friend (I can tell you as it’s in both other books and not really a spoiler.)
So as you see there is a major plot that arcs all the books but each has it’s own romance. There is lots of action and twists and I can’t wait for the next book, though I was disappointed it wasn’t Damon’s.
