This series has off the charts angst, dark enemies to lovers themes, more than one love interest and some scenes of bullying. The book contains sexual scenes, mature language and some violence. It is not for the faint of heart.

I came so close to not taking this one. For one I thought it was about princes or princesses, 2 it said bullying, 3 it’s reverse harem. Though I read these on occasion not my favorite things. But the blurb sounded good and I do like dark romance. I’m glad I took a chance. This book is really good. The characters are very complex and interesting.

The story has a lot going on. There is so Octavia being bullied but she’s no pushover. There is the reason why the boys are trying to get her to leave, there is secret notes, and also a second set of notes making possibly two stalkers. One of these is cleared up the other left in the cliff hanger.  

I can’t wait for the next book to maybe get a bit of romance going and see how this mystery shapes up. So if you like High School, Rock Star, dark romance, mystery, reverse harem and an all over interesting story, give this a shot.

She loves to write dark, reverse harem romance and characters who will shatter your heart. Characters who enjoy stomping on the pieces and then laugh before putting you back together again. And she definitely doesn't enjoy readers tears. Nope. Not even a little.
