The holidays for me are always about the food. As Andrew’s alter ego Dirk Greyson, I’m big into the really good stuff. And that means that I’m the luckiest guy int hew world because Dominic loves to cook, especially at the holidays. Every year, we have a big open house for all our friends, family, and neighbors. He and I have done that every year since we met and the only year we didn’t have one was during the pandemic.
Dominic makes at least six different types of cookies and a number of other dishes, but the one that always tells me that it’s the holidays are his meatballs. He serves them in a cream caper sauce that always makes my mouth water. I have to take pills to eat them because of the dairy, but I do it each year because I love them so much. It’s something Dominic first made a long time ago and he only makes them for the holidays.
For both of us, this is a very special time of the year. He does the cooking and I do the decorating. I hope this year is full of magic for all of you. Keep dreaming always.

Dirk is very much an outside kind of man. He loves travel and seeing new things. Dirk worked in corporate America for way too long and now spends his days writing, gardening, and taking care of the home he shares with his partner of more than two decades. He has a Masters Degree and all the other accessories that go with a corporate job. But he is most proud of the stories he tells and the life he's built. Dirk lives in Pennsylvania in a century old home and is blessed with an amazing circle of friends.
