Best friends since high school, Chase Bradley and Alec Montero are opposites in almost every way. The one thing they can agree on, though, is that marriage is for suckers.
Everything is going their way until a drunken bet leads Alec and Chase to the altar. Their temporary “I Do’s” aren’t as amusing in the sober light of day when they find themselves thrown into married life and everything that goes with it.
The question they have to ask themselves now is, can their friendship survive being married for a month?

Chase and Alec have been friends since school, but it's only been friends, nothing romantic or even sexual. One night out with their married friends, Chase takes a bet to get married for a month he chooses Alec and they agree to lives as a married couple for a month. They have to share a bed, spend the evenings together, have one date night a week and share meals together.
As the month goes on things change in Chase and Alec's relationship and they wonder if they can come out still friends.
Married for a month is a fun read. I loved both characters and the comradery with their friends. I was drawn into the story to see how this little experiment would turn out. Chase and Alec make it interesting.
If you like friends to lovers, sexy city planners, hot metal fabricators and a sweet, fun to read romance you will love this.
Cate Ashwood wrote her very first story in a hot pink binder when she was in the second grade and found her passion for writing. Her first successful foray into romance writing came five years later when she wrote her best friend, who was experiencing a case of unrequited love, her own happily ever after.
Cate’s life has taken a number of different and adventurous roads. She now lives a stone’s throw from the ocean, just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia with her husband, son, and two cats. Her life is filled with family and friends, travel, and, of course, books.
