Cat gives this one 5 Meows with a 5 Purr heat
index... (not just because it's
explicit but sensual, and passionate as well)
OMG! Color me impressed! Break Down is book four in the Dublin
Rugby Series. It can be read as a stand-alone just fine as this was my first
book of the series and my first time reading Rebecca Norinne, and it
won't be the last at either. Oh and this cover? NIce and it fits the other
covers really pulling you to go back and read them too. I want to read
the first three, though they are M/F and not LGBTQ. It's not often I put
any book on my to read again list since I have so many unread books in my TBR
pile but make that a sports romance to boot and Yeah, MS. Norinne you managed
it. I will definitely be reading this again and watching for it on Audio.
So now that I can quit gushing about how good this is let
me tell you a little (just a little) about the story. Liam is bisexual but
feeling more and more desires to explore his hidden side. ( evidently, he
does in one of the other books as this one begins with him fighting a bit of a
problem after exploring that side. He has been injured the previous season
and the new contract isn't the best. His agent has him a better deal in
Edinburgh where they are having some issue with management and the team being
cohesive and with him away from his other problem they hope it goes away.
He shows up in Edinburgh with a bad taste in his mouth and not trusting
anyone. He just wants to get the last couple years in and retire, then maybe he
will act on his baser needs. Until he goes to a restaurant
near his house and meets the sexy owner/Chef.
lachlan has had a past of his own and now in his forties, he
wants to find a man to settle down with. The sexy Rugby player with mixed
signals that frequents his restaurant cant fill that needs. He has made a pact
with himself that he would never go back in the closet with anyone and him out
and proud he couldn't even hang as a friend since people would consider Liam
queer by association.
This story is sooo good. Yeah, I know I already said it but man
oh man! The sexual tension builds the moment these two meet! You will need
a fan and fire extinguisher on the standby. I liked Liam a lot. The angst
was there and my heart went out to him. Many times I wanted to box his sexy
ears!
Now Lachlan? Hands off!!! He is MINE!! I'll gladly become
a gay man for him. Both of these men have very different pasts.
Both were bad boys in a way, Lachlan when he was younger and Liam with his
sports star status and his screw around attitude. Yet I still related to
Liam. The plot is good, the romance is great, the sports is easy to
understand and the sex is sensual passionate and HAWT!!!
I highly recommend this book to anyone that likes a sexy MM
romance, Bisexual men, out for you, friends to lovers, sexy chefs hot Rugby
players and a romance to die for with smoking hot man-sex.

I absolutely adored Liam and Lachlan’s journey. It was sweet, smexy, frustrating and real and I savored each step forward and back that these men took in order to find their HEA. - Books-n-Wine

No amount of logic or reason could prevent me from stepping between Liam’s thighs and fisting his blond hair between my fingers. No amount of caution or doubt would keep me from tugging his head back. And when he gasped—his mouth parting in surprise—no amount of uncertainty would keep me from crushing my lips to his, from my teeth nipping at the sensual curve of his full, bottom lip. Nothing, and no one, would keep me from devouring the mouth I’d dreamed about for weeks, from licking my way inside, from tangling my tongue with his until he weaved his fingers through my hair and moaned, the sound moving from his chest, through his mouth, and into mine.
