Now, having said that, this is an extremely dark romance so some of this should be expected.
I chose to read this book because I love vampire books of any kind... funny, sparkling, in an academy, or darker than Dracula. And man does this tick the dark and vampire boxes. It was more than I expected.
Also, a new to me author that will be auto-buy now.
The characters are deep and amazing.
The book opens with heart stopping action and keeps you pulled into the end.
Be prepared you won't be able to put down once you start.
Trust me the twists are pretty shocking.
I'm going to say I would love to see this in a movie if it went by the book.
One of the best vampire books I read in a while. And man, I can't wait for the next book.
